Thursday may be the last day of our Classic Motorsports Empire State Tour, September 6-11, but we’re not ready to wrap things up yet.
Instead, we started the day with a long, meandering drive down into Pennsylvania, then back up into Italy Valley in Naples, New York, home to Hollerhorn Distilling.
Compared to many other distillers of spirits, Hollerhorn is unique in that it produces "Tree Spirits" made from maple syrup, in addition to gin, vodka, whiskey and brandy.

Tour-goers enjoyed a tour of the facilities, a tasting of its famed spirits and lunch on site before heading to our next stop of the day, the iconic Corning Museum of Glass.
This fan-favorite destination houses more than 50,000 glass objects from over 3500 years of human history in its 10-acre museum complex.

As part of our visit, participants also had the chance to see live glassmaking demonstrations in the museum’s amphitheater hot shop.
Following our Corning Museum of Glass visit, it was time to make our way back to our host hotel, the Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel, one last time.
Once back at the hotel, we gathered once more for a farewell dinner, where we had a few final surprises in store for our guests.
Don’t miss out on future tours, as space is filling up already for 2027.
