Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guests who cancel their trip for any reason, including mechanical, medical or family reasons, are subject to the following cancellation fees. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this policy for any reason.

More than 120 days before tour begins: Non-refundable deposit
120-90 days before tour begins: Non-refundable deposit + 50% of remaining balance paid
Fewer than 90 days before tour begins: Non-refundable deposit + 100% of remaining balance paid (no refund)

We have made arrangements with Chubb Insurance to offer their Travel Protection policy for participants on our road tours. Chubb’s trip cancellation and interruption policy offers reimbursement of your non-refundable trip costs in the event that sickness, injury, or death involving a family member impacts your travel plans.
